Job Description: Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision and evaluation of a team of Community Support Workers. Assists with developing, planning, and implementing strategies for program continuation and growth. Provided clinical training to staff and evaluated the content of clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures confidentiality of records relating to consumer treatment
- Performs intake interviews to gain a foundational understanding of individual needs
- Completes treatment plans to assist consumer
- Completes LOCUS and GAINS forms for clients as needed
- Update diagnostic assessment and treatment plan based on each consumer’s needs.
- Monitor client progress during treatment and adhere to documentation policies and billing timelines
- For our licensed staff only: provides therapy as needed; maintains an active consumer caseload
- Works with families and involved persons to de-escalate situations, make crisis plans, and enlist cooperation with recommended treatment plans
- Completes client and other documentation in CREDIBLE regarding the participation in mental health treatment
- Identify and participate in other training or committees that can further enhance professional growth
- Attends all company-required training
- Ensure that CSWs meet the needs identified in the Case reviews
- Ensure that the CSWs participate actively (80% and above) in projects set by the leadership team
- Evaluate and recommend strategies for the implementation of goals created by the leadership to be implemented by the CSWs.
- Provide suggestions on how to build capacity and promote the well-being of the CSWs: Recommend required training for CSWs
- Ensure compliance with treatment plans for all consumers under the CSWs
- Lead clinical aspects operations-related projects (represents the operations department in the clinical team on a daily basis)
- Attend clinical operations meetings and report relevant operations information to the operations directly on a weekly basis.
- Meet with Program operations directly either virtually or in person for one hour every week: the aim of the meeting is to assess the performance of the CSWs in the assigned team by comparing the goals set and the level of achievement.
- Participate in program planning for the operations of the clinical team.
- Deliver presentations to the leadership when requested by the Program operations director.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology
- Licensed in DC as LGSW, LGPC, LPC, or LICSW
- 2 years experience working with the mental health population
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
